Due to our almost common past with colonization, we share a common vision towards it. Not just as Arabs, but all indigenous people around the world have a clear stance towards colonialism and occupation. In a merciless media battle where the borders of right and wrong, false and wrong are blurred, we want our nations to re-own the narrative, by simplifying it to a colonizer VS colonized battle. Once this is accepted as such, comes the natural evolution of the discussion; the legitimacy of an armed resistance, and that according to international laws. It is important to organize our interviewees’ thoughts following a logical sequence of events that did obviously not start on the 7th of October.

The artistic value of this work lies within creating a real archive for the next generations as well as documenting current thoughts occurring during the battle of the Deluge of Al Aqsa. It is an opportunity to remind the world of the values this youth shares on many levels; moral, religious, cultural and even existential.

The exit of this project intends to be a true philosophical piece where every individual shall end up re-questioning the rhetoric about the western values long-praised in our societies as well as the international law system and institutions.
